Level of customization

Currently, schools/districts are able to customize their application. What level of customization do you want to maintain for schools? Is the goal to create a universal form that all schools need to use? Or do you want to allow districts to customize form elements?

  Thanks for your question!

  Since this is our first electronic prototype, we are not entirely aware of how schools and school districts might want to adapt or change the prototype. However, we can say that at a minimum, schools will be interested in adding their names contact information.

  That said, providing customization options in your form is not required for eligibility.
